The CROP Hunger Walk

The CROP Hunger Walk Needs You. Crop Hunger Walks Transform Local and Global Communities.

CROP Hunger Walks are an interfaith hunger education and fundraising program held annually since 1970. Locally, 25% of funds raised remain in this community. In 2018, $6,000.00 was given directly to the Crisis Center of Johnson County Food Bank for persons in this community who are food insecure.

Location: Free Lunch Building, 1105 Gilbert Court, Iowa City, Iowa.

Bethel A.M.E. Church supports the Walk and is organizing a team. Contact us at or mail your donation to Bethel A.M.E., 411 S. Governor Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52240.

Register at and invite others to support your passion to end hunger. Not able to make it to the Walk? You can still raise funds online. Walk representative information: (888) 297-2767.
